Think that says it all.
Not as big as you expect.
More expensive to access than you expect.
And as pointless as a huge brass pig, without the quirkiness.

i really want a picture of you with a brass pig now.
public structures are bizarre. i worked across the street from the st. louis arch for 3 years. ugly.
